for every one item you post, you earn one credit. post more items, get more credits!

do i need to swap directly with another user?

not at all! once you post an item to swap, you have access to other available items from other users. what makes bonnee unique from other swapping platforms is that it is not a one-to-one direct swap but a one-to-many swap.

what does it mean to swap?

swap /swäp/ verb | to post an article of clothing in your bonnee closet with the intent of sharing.

what does it mean to swipe?

swipe /swīp/ verb. | to select an article of clothing from another bonnee user closet.

if you’re 13 and older, YES! bonnee is a free circular fashion community for everyone.

what can i swap on bonnee?

we’re all about gently used, unworn, new-with-tags clothing, accessories, and vintage items. we do not accept children’s clothing (yet) or anything that is stained, dirty, with unintentional rips/tears, or used bathing suits/undergarments. only post what you'd gift your BFF.

once i receive an item, do i ever have to give it back?

once your swipe arrives in the mail, it’s yours to keep.  of course, you can always post it to swap later on.

can i sell on bonnee?

bonnee is strictly a swapping platform. we are not a traditional resale market.  

i thought bonnee was free? so why am i paying a service fee on a transaction? 

yes, bonnee is free! but in order to keep this platform accessible to a wide audience, we need to charge a small service fee to help cover operational costs. 

shipping

what do i use to ship my swap?

at bonnee we are all about reduce, reuse, recycle.  use any shipping box or bag you have - we’ve all got them!

who pays for shipping?

the swiper selects and pays for the shipping.  want your item fast? in no rush? it’s up to you to choose what works for you! once you do, the swapper will receive an email notification that a shipping label is ready and they have five days to send the item.

what kind of content is not allowed on the platform?

bonnee is a safe space for everyone so because of that we do not tolerate any of the following:

• explicit/inappropriate content

• harassment or bullying

• hate speech

• false information

• intellectual property violation

• impersonation

• privacy violation

• violence or self-harm

• spam or scams

• graphic content

• or anything else that could be anything that creates a hostile and unhappy environment

encouragement, positivity, honesty, confidence and fun are all strongly suggested!
